I have to agree with the others, scenes of panic and death would add to it and increase the interactivity!

HINT

You can untick boxes! Why try and kill everything when infected people are obvious to stop from leaving the country!

Just because you are making a spooky game does not mean it has to be pitch black. Try lighting effects. Finding a key in darkness does not give the character any kind of realness. i know thats not a word but how could he see the key there?

A longer intro to give you a feel for the character would of been nice too.
